After you have bank transferred, kindly screen capture your payment as proof of transaction within 30 mins of checking out.

Can I opt for a pick up instead of delivery?

There is an option for pickup. Kindly email us at [email protected] to schedule a pick up : 

  • Saturday (10:00am to 6:00pm)
  • Sunday (10:00am to 12:00pm)


  • Once the pieces are taken to the post office, estimated delivery time of delivery is 5-7 days. 

Return + Refund Policy

  • The cancellation period is within 24 hours. Email us at [email protected]
  • Refunds will be given for broken items if proof is emailed to [email protected] within the same day.
  • Broken items may will be replaced with a new item if there are stocks available.

What is a 'Seconds Sale'?

Seconds Sales are items that have slight defects or are sample pieces. The prices are reduced according to the extent of the imperfection(s). Each imperfection will be stated in the description.

Care Guide 

To ensure that the shelf life of these handmade ceramics lasts as long as possible, they require extra care and handling.  

  • Taking note of possible thermal shocks or sudden extreme temperature changes.
  • Ensure that the ceramic ware is completely dry after washing before storing it. When washing, use mild soaps and soft and non-abrasive sponges.
  • Even if the ceramic wares are considered very durable, they will break when experiencing physical shocks such as dropping on concrete or any hard surfaces. 
  • Not recommended for dishwasher- and microwave- use. 

Are my pieces food safe?

Yes, unless stated otherwise.

Why are my pieces not identical to pictures displayed on the website?

As the pieces are handmade, each product is unique. Please expect slight variations in size or colour.
